Jennifer "Jen" Longshore is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who joined APP in 2021. She was born and raised in the heart of Texas, but has resided in Colorado since 2011. She served Colorado as a Pediatric RN for over 10 years, originally joining Arapahoe Park Pediatrics in 2018 as part of the nursing staff; she continued to explore the art of nursing with experience in Ear, Nose and Throat, Fertility medicine, and military triage. Her passion for children lead her to pursue a career as a Nurse Practitioner so she could care for her own patients. Her focus is the overall physical and mental well-being of children. 

  " Children are our future. I knew I wanted to serve this population from the start of my career. Over the years, I have had the honor of working with so many of Colorado's fantastic Pediatricians (including those at APP). They have inspired me and shaped my practice."

   As a Texas native she pursued her undergraduate at Kilgore College; moving onto her Bachelor's Degree at The University of Northern Colorado and lastly attending Drexel University of Philadelphia to complete her Master's Degree.

  Jennifer and her husband, Corbin , have two sons, a daughter and three dogs. Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys music, concerts, camping, running or any physical activity, art and archery.
