Dr. Edwards (Dr. Will)  is originally from Huntsville, Alabama. He went to college at Duke University and medical school at University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham Alabama. Dr. Edwards completed his residency at the University of Colorado Pediatric Residency program here in Denver. 

Dr. Edwards is the proud father of triplets (who also receive their care at Arapahoe Park Pediatrics) He has lived in Colorado for 23  years and while he doesn't have a southern accent, he still says y'all a lot. 

What Dr. Will likes about Pediatrics: I love children. Children have an amazing ability to brighten even the toughest day and put a smile on your face. They have an amazing capacity for joy and resiliency. They will sometimes thank you even after getting shots. I enjoy seeing families grow and change over time. As a physician you get to be a positive role model and see that child grow into a healthy and productive adult. 

"My philosophy is to always make sure that parents and children feel comfortable with the quality of their medical care. I treat every patient the way I would want my family to be treated. I am always available for questions and I believe preventative medical care is very important to keep children from becoming ill."

In his free time, Dr. Edwards loves playing with his kids, watching sports (his favorite teams are the University of Alabama (Football), Duke University (Basketball), and the Denver Broncos. He also enjoys traveling when he can find the time.
