Dr. Girardeau is Board Certified through the American Academy of Pediatrics. She received her undergraduate training at the University of California at Berkeley. She attended medical school at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and conducted her residency at The Children's Hospital in Denver.
Dr. Girardeau joined Arapahoe Park Pediatrics in 1999 and became a partner in the practice in 2001. She has a special interest in behavioral and developmental pediatrics. Susan is the mother of two daughters and one son. Her husband, John, is a teacher with a specialty in the education of exceptional needs kids. Susan's personal interests include family activities, marathon running, volunteering, and trips to Disney World.
